Why the Divine Feminine has to be in her Power

There are many reasons why the Divine Feminine has to be in her power. She can only hold the match with the Divine Masculine when she is in her power. She is the guiding light, she is pure, and she holds the torch. As much as she would like to lean on someone and give someone else the power to lead, she is the one that leads. It is important for her to recognize that.

The Divine Feminine has to hold high standards. First and foremost for herself. This then becomes a reflection of others around her who will rise to meet those standards and her light. The most important task for a Divine Feminine is to take care of herself and to honour herself. This is not to impress others but to preserve her own light. The Divine Feminine, if she is in her power, is under attack in a patriarchal world. Even if others do not realise or do not have ill intentions, she holds the responsibility to take care of herself in such a way that she cannot be attacked or at least, be well-enough protected to be okay when she is.

The Divine Masculine will not, and cannot, respect her if she is not in her power. The Divine Feminine has to hold herself accountable for the way she is living and how she treats herself. She cannot look to anyone else. It has to begin with herself. She cannot rely on someone else to hold her light and preserve the light in her. This is her giving her power away. Whenever she looks to someone else to do it for her or to give her a good feeling, she is retreating into the role of a weak feminine who is seeking someone to rescure her. She does not need that. In fact, it cannot happen like this. The Divine Feminine is never meant to be rescued. Supported, yes. But she has to rise out of her own power. There is no other way. She can have allies and friends who support her, and she has to build herself up. The Feminine is not the weaker sex. She is the stronger one. She cannot look to anyone to fill the void that she is meant to fill.

The Divine Feminine is vulnerable when she is not in her power. She will be taken for granted. She can be exploited. She might be deceived. The Feminine is in need of protection, and in this world, this is not always a given. So she has to look for ways that she can protect herself. And by doing that, she will attract Divine Masculine presence into her field who give her that protection so she can be free to soften into her Feminine aspect. However, she cannot rely on that. It is something she magnetises in only when she is in her power. I know this is paradoxical. And this is why it is so important for the Divine Feminine to put herself first. She is not always safe in this world. Others can try and dim her light. Consciously or unconsciously. When she makes herself dependable on anything outside of herself, she is prone to over-exertion and over-giving. Only a Divine Feminine who is contained, can truly be in touch with her power. This is what she has to learn in her lifetime, that she is the Source of Power and not the receiver of it. She cannot look to someone else, that is the premise.
