Comfort in Challenging Times

If you find yourself in challenging times and you think you have to do it all by yourself, look to nature. Look to the way the trees grow, the way the water moves perfectly, the way the planet regenerates itself, the way the forces of nature hold the planet together. These are forces that can take life, destroy, wreck, damage. And yet, they are merciful and kind. They want to give life and protect. If we can see our part in it, we see that we are neither above it nor below it. We are nestled in the greatness of the Mother. She holds her with her majestic forces. If we can submit ourselves to her authority, we find safety and refuge in her grace. We don’t have to do it all alone. She is our Mother. We are a piece of the puzzle, fitting perfectly in our uniqueness. She knows us. She made us. Perfectly. She made us in her own likeness. We are like her. 

Thinking that our ego mind runs the world is suffering. Surrendering our Soul into her care and grace is liberation. It’s foolish to think that we have control when we are merely guests. Hold it lightly, your existence and your time here. She will show you her gifts. She will show you the way.
